So by the time the first kid is ready to graduate, second kid is now in high school. Now you are stuck for 7 years and by that time, parents are older, and it doesn't look like you can move because your parents are going to need help soon.
Thats how the cycle starts. Move now.
Where too? Depends on your situation, but Houston, Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Northern Alabama and Florida are my top choices, followed by Carolinas and Tennessee.
