Jambalaya, cold chicken fajitas from Las Palmas, red beans, pizza…all make wonderful breakfasts (or cold 3 am snacks).
My dad used to eat a banana sandwich with mayonnaise (mynez) on bread. Never could bring myself to do that or taste it.
