Worst part about both of those is the solidified fat that you have to dig around, but they are both delicious right out of the fridge.

Ribs, cheeseburgers, gumbo. I made an enchilada lasagna tonight that’s going to be fantastic cold tomorrow. Come to think of it, there’s not much that I won’t eat at lest a bite or 2 cold while the rest is heating up.
