Experience - 100s of jury trials in different counties. I’ve been on both sides and in civil and criminal. Currently I try cases involving violent crime such as murder and child abuse
Overall there was a much greater trust in government back in the 60s. So in truth everyone could risk not getting a fair shake in trial for a lot of different reasons.
