Up to the point that Liberty provided the access code to the FBI...
I am not certain if an owner can easily change the access code to the safe...
This is why all mine are mechanical dials... Never trusted the digital crap...

Well, not really. Change the "master" code. Problem solved.

Unless it's wildly different from the Steelwater I had, it's probably in the manual and on YouTube. It takes a couple minutes.
