Obese people are damned if they do & damned if they don't. If they use the med and it works, who cares? Hopefully, it changes some habits along the way.


It's no different than using supplements to get more muscle, etc.

Yoga was the catalyst for me to lose and maintain weight. Vinyasa Flow and Slow Burn are so strenuous that it spikes my leptin hormones and kills my appetite. Add in a couple hundred pushups and ab rolls, daily, and I'm fit as a fiddle. Typically just do yoga 4-5 times a week.
