Watched a local judicial Judge try several cases. The Judge seemed like a good natured likeable guy but was totally ignorant of the cases he was trying. He is given pages to read on upcoming cases ( which the court charges thousands of dollars per page). It was obvious he didn’t read these pages beforehand. Attorneys spent many hours preparing for this, not to mention the money it’s costing the citizens involved. The Judge did not render a single decision but sent them off to come back at a later date. One attorney told me unprepared judges are common though some are well prepared. Seems an injustice to all those who took time to show up and get a case fairly tried. Has anyone else on here witnessed this.
Judges arent supposed to weigh the evidence prior to trial.. thats where the facts come out
