They are losing their minds bc it’s Dad’s credit card getting charged and not refunded.
Wouldn’t you be pissed if a store charged your card, then wouldn’t let you leave with the merchandise?
LSU must have the dumbest IT people on the planet to not program an “only pick one option” allotment prior to checkout.

I highly doubt LSU is not going to refund people after their student ticket error. The LSU ticket office may be slow and inept, but they're not going to steal your money.
If you've ever tried to deal with the ticket office, they're understaffed even when thousands of people aren't calling to complain about student tickets. Have some patience, there's plenty of time before the first home game to get it resolved.
