You actually think cheating in a presidential election was a spur of the moment action? That the didn’t have access to the same machines before the election or that replicating the hack wouldn’t be easier.
Having access to the voter rolls allowed them to drop ballots for non voters. Mistakes were made and there are hundreds of affidavits from people being told they had already voted.
It wasn’t any one method that got Joe to 81 million. It helps to have RINO help from WEF people like Kemp and turtle.

There's a reason why the discussion of the "initial" and "illusory" red wave was all over the place months before the election.
They were setting the table for the outcome they KNEW was coming because they had arranged it.
