I basically rent mine. It's so much a month with lifetime maintenance with replacement after 10 years or so.
It's actually saved me since Trane sucks and had to replace 2 compressors in less than 4 years. It was like 2k more than just buying a new unit outright. Not really satisfied with Trane though.
