I am no attorney but never try to predict what a jury will do.

But, if any of the shenanigans that we have heard about occurred, I could the judge tossing it in the mistrial heap and starts all over (sort of).

To the lawyers: can the lawyer that they mentioned his judgeship application, can he be called by the defense?
