And this is where the fraud was at. What you are failing to explain is that the states legisture is supposed to be used as a way to change voting laws. In 2016 voting laws were changed in key states to allow mail in voting and other means of voting without using the states legislative branch to change laws. The SOS of these states changed them using executive power that it doesn’t have. That is a fraudulent election when it’s all said and done.

This is the weakest complaint when it comes to challenging the election results. The real kicker is that, up until 2020, Republicans were generally in favor of expanded absentee voting, because they have jobs and better things to do than stand in long voting lines.

Some states improperly changed their voting laws. Granted, that should not have happened that way, and residents of those states should be upset over it.

But it wasn't "fraudulent". There was no deception or dishonesty involved. It was done openly and with plenty of time for people to object, and in many cases was set up by Republicans.

The time to challenge these procedures was BEFORE the elections. Once the elections go forward with procedures that may have been improperly enacted, the general public relies on those procedures to cast their votes. You don't wait until your guy loses to question the validity of the procedure.

In Georgia, Republicans were the ones who pushed for no-excuse absentee voting. The laws were already in place. In 2020, the State election commission decided to use drop boxes, which may have been illegal without legislative approval. Also, for the primary elections, the SOS sent absentee ballot applications to all registered voters.

And Stacy Abrams sued. That's right, the Democratic leader did not like the new rules. They settled the lawsuit by changing the signature match procedure.

Any candidate or registered voter could have challenged the Constitutionality of the new voting rules before the election. After the election it was too late to complain. How could one even remedy the result, other than holding a whole new election?

While there is some truth to this, it doesn't address the monumental, rampant fraud that occurred during the election process
