More than 749,000 voters cast ballots in Philadelphia, out of 1.1 million registered voters in the city. The 68% turnout was the highest in decades, according to one of the three city commissioners.
Turnout was up everywhere. I'm not sure what your point is. My point is clear. Despite turnout being higher, Trump closed the gap in Philadelphia County. How could he have done that and lost the state? He lost too much ground in the suburbs. (Allegheny, Delaware and Montgomery)
Also you need to edit your claim about Atlanta being what cost Trump the election. Weird that you skipped over that post.

You guys really need to adjust this claim. Trump lost Georgia because of Gwinnett and Cobb counties.
Cobb
2016 Trump lost by 2.2% (-7,209 votes)
2020 Trump lost by 14.31% (-56,411 votes)
Gwinnett
2016 Trump lost by 5.88% (-19,164 votes)
2020 Trump lost by 18.24% (-75,594 votes)
Trump's own pollster analyzed exit polling and determined that Trump lost the election due to suburban white men flipping enough to swing the election to Biden. The numbers back that up. It wasn't Atlanta or Fulton county. It was Republicans in the suburbs who grew tired of Trump.
