I was not bashing. I simply questioned why other states would not employ the same requirements if ITEP is truly this profitable in the long term, which you and LSU777 both agreed was the case.

I was just trying to understand why Texas would ever allow this considering all the big suppliers are engrained in Texas. Land costs I assume, but who cares at this point.

If everything works out precisely as y'all drew out its a homerun. I hope for the best.

other states do. they have like 35 other states that have similar itep programs

and texas gets alot of these projects but not all of them. LA actually has a lot to offer in terms of industry in terms of land, water ways, railways, pipelines, experienced people to run and build these projects etc

Texas has to offer things to get these projects too. Its not as simple as....why would anyone choose to do business in LA over Texas like you are making it out to be.

i mean you have the cameron lng, Sasol, Lotte etc all online and running just off the top of my head that are all ITEP that will begin paying taxes shortly. and all were big booms for the area.

Last time I stayed in Lake Charles it looked fantastic compared to what I knew it as back in 2010.

Also, Pats of Hendersons was spot on. I luckily came when it reopened, I always liked that place.
