I was not bashing. I simply questioned why other states would not employ the same requirements if ITEP is truly this profitable in the long term, which you and LSU777 both agreed was the case.

I was just trying to understand why Texas would ever allow this considering all the big suppliers are engrained in Texas. Land costs I assume, but who cares at this point.

If everything works out precisely as y'all drew out its a homerun. I hope for the best.
