Even at $10k per acre (3x per acre compared to the google search), the property would come out to less than the $5.4 quoted. So either way, less than $18k property tax per year


And it was just clear uninhabited land with no structures?

For commonwealth and the one across the pass, yes. Both are on properties that do not have any structures in them right now. Before the hurricanes, maybe there were some, but currently, no.
