Ok so don’t give the exemption and the plant goes to Texas and get no tax revenue or delay gratification for 10 years and get shite load of jobs, sales tax revenue and then in 10 years get another big swell of taxes.

Instead of blowing 600 million to capture air , then store it in the fricking ground the money should be spent on infrastructure . Including highways for materials & men to get to work. Presently the old Highway are 2 lanes

Did anyone say that?

When we are talking Billions in structures being built the potential property tax is substantial and should not be overlooked, IMO.
