It seems a little trashy, but what she is doing requires one to be in pretty decent cardiovascular shape. She isnt even breathing heavy during one of her many "routines". She does this sexy, trashy gig pretty often online. For being in her 40s and going bat shite crazy on video, she doesnt look to bad. She wants attention is all.
