How many things have to go wrong for kids to be on school buses until 10 pm? Seems like they can manage to get them all home within 2 hours with no plan at all.

Are parents just not able to go pick the kids up themselves? I'd think after about 4pm I'd just go get them off the bus. I mean, as a parent, are you seriously letting your child sit on a bus until 10pm?
