They're betting on Billy Bob in Arkansas that's a die hard for Alabama fan despite never going to Bama or even stepped foot in the state of Alabama. They are marketing to the dipshits that get their gear from Walmart/Fanatics despite not knowing how to get to the campus' without a gps running. They do not give one single shite about the people who fill the stadiums. They want to make college sports as boring and corporate as possible to appeal to people watching on the tv that couldn't tell you who the head coaches of Bama were between Bryant and Saban. They absolutely do not care about the collateral damage to the other sports or the universities from this because DAMN IT there's a Georgia fan in South Dakota that has got to get that G sticker on his pickup and he's willing to spend $15 for it which means he's willing to buy the cable box with the add-on sports tier to watch the Georgia games and more importantly - the commercials.
