See how will power doesn't really work well for that scenario? Your body is telling you that you want sex ALL THE TIME... you're biologically driven to want to reproduce. It doesn't matter how much will power you have. You might substitute rubbing one out every night instead of going to pound town, but you'd still want it constantly. BTW - the reason I know this is because I'm taking semaglutide right now and can tell you that the major benefit is the indifference between eating or not eating foods that used to be major drivers for me. Sugary stuff more than anything.
False equivalence.
Sex hormones function properly when a male is healthy and doing everything right.
You want sugar because you eat sugar. Sugar is extremely addictive.
It also changes the composition of your gut biome which not only disrupts how you metabolize food, it causes certain types of bacteria to flourish which can then alter your taste buds and create cravings for sugary foods.

I take the minimal dose of semiglutide for plaque prevention associated with Alzheimer’s. The peptide has shown promise in reducing plaque formation.
My mother has early onset Alzheimer’s and I’d drink a gallon of horse urine daily if they told me that would prevent Alzheimer’s. It’s terrible to see someone in their early 60s with it.
