I don't have a recipe, but a tip since you don't usually like peaches. That tip is to try peaches from a couple different places before you buy enough for a recipe.

I haven't had a good peach yet this year. Every one I've eaten has been bland and they've been from different sources. Since you always want to cook with best ingredients, I would suggest sampling a few different ones before buying in bulk.
