Put fresh peach halves in a zip-loc with some cinnamon and good bourbon, let sit for a few hours.

When it gets close to judging time, skewer them over the fire, grill, or griddle until just a little charred.

Agreed on the grilled halved peaches. Can be with whatever meat/fish veggies you’re grilling. Can be with a salad or just as another side.
