I thought this report on the indictment was straight forward and unbiased.

You thought POLITICO was "unbiased"?

You have reached the depths of clowndom.

What a stupid statement for someone who supposedly follows politics to make.

Didn’t even have to open the link. This statement automatically tells me it must not say positive things about Trump

The crux: Trump lied

Guess we need to start building jails specifically for politicians…..

Also this is lulzworthy

quote:

Many of the central details in the indictment tracked closely with the evidence amassed by the Jan. 6 select committee. But large swaths of the committee’s probe went unmentioned. Among them: The indictment makes no reference to the organization of Trump’s Jan. 6 rally or the financing that went into it. It omits evidence of Trump’s serious consideration of a plan to use federal or military power to seize voting machines from several states in which Trump disputed the outcome. It includes no allegations of any links between Trump and the extremist groups who attacked the Capitol or references to others featured by the Jan. 6 committee as key players, like Roger Stone, Steve Bannon and Alex Jones.

Weird these more grievous charges weren’t brought. Weird

The crux: Trump lied

If you think this is what this case is about I don’t know what to tell you.

Did you? Or did you think it validated your opinion of the indictment?

The case is a political take down attempt. The lying is the only thing they think they can get to stick.

That’s telling…

Simple. Donald J. Trump poses a threat to the Cabal. And what is the Cabal?

- Globalist - No Borders Crowd
- LGBT perverts and Groomers
- Climate Change Population Control Lunnies
- Deep Pocketed Democrat Donors with demands
- Military-Industrial Complex Warmongers
- ChiCom funded U.S. politicians
- Outright Satanist

Did I leave anybody out?

Donald Trump's "America First" initiative goes against everything these people are striving to shove down our throats.

I thought that was telling too. Looks like Smith has no evidence at all that Trump was involved in financing or organizing the rally.

So you haven’t read the indictment but just repeat things you hear on your chosen media. In the third paragraph, it says he has the right to say whatever he wants and even has the right to lie, which everyone knows he was.

This case is about him taking illegal “actions” to subvert the election results. Actions are not speech.

Correct. It has nothing to do with first amendment rights.

No

What did you think of it?

It is simply a report on the contents of the indictment and what is and isn't in it.

What’s interesting about this case is every single piece of evidence and all testimony has been provided by Trump supporters and staff. Absolutely nothing from any democrats. Think about that
