Please. It's an indictment. It isn't evidence. There is plenty of time for the DOJ to present evidence and the Defense to rebut.
But also, Trump is not being indicted for inciting the Capitol Building demonstration. The groups and individuals who participated in the demonstration are not part of the alleged conspiracy.

It's just another "get Trump" fabrication by another TDS demprog who is undermining the shreds of credibility the judicial system has left.
Meanwhile, Biden and son have been caught extorting a 10 million dollar bribe from Burisma among other things.
