Sorry, don't get the allure of that place. To me it's just ok. My inlaws live there fresh sausage, when they cook it for Sunday lunch I stay home.

O.P. for craclins you can try Danny and Bonnie seafood on LA23. They pretty good. They do dip them in some type of vinegar but they are heated to order so if you don't want that just tell them. As far as boudin, buy Best Stop in a local store and steam, grill or smoke it yourself.
