For Boudin there is a guy "Boudin by Jameson" that is really good, he has pick ups every 2 weeks in Metairie, Chalmette and Nortshore. He also does Gretna market and the Northshore markets on weekend. He has a Facebook page that shows when and how to order. His stuff is really good for the area.
For cracklings i really like Blue Oak as well.
