This is honestly one of the best things you can do. It gives you something to do to kill the boredom and loneliness. It boosts endorphins that can counter your depression. Even if you don’t socialize much with others in the gym, it’s a social setting and much better than moping around your empty house.
Plus, it never hurts to get in shape and better yourself for when you are ready to start the next phase of your life.
