I mean listen I am cool with you not pulling for them, but they still do represent america. Part of being american is being able to have any viewpoint you want, right or wrong.

Being outspoken about their beliefs like everyone else sounds pretty American to me.
And to be quite honest, outside of Rapinoe and a couple others, I think there's a good amount of women on this team that don't follow her line of thinking.
So you (and the other whiners like you) are letting the likes of Rapinoe and company live rent free in your head, causing you to make ignorant sweeping generalizations about an entire team based on a few outlandish individuals.
Actively rooting against your own country's team is bitch behavior.
