The Acadiana area has a lot of promise.
North Lafayette/Carencro has gotten some major business developments between the Amazon fulfillment center and the FedEx center.
Lafayette is land locked by other smaller cities, but those small cities have a lot of real estate with Interstate access for economic development and they're all (mostly) part of Lafayette Parish which benefits the city and every other small town in the area.
