re: Do North Face Backpacks hold up?

I still have the NF backpack/book bag I graduated with from Zachary in 1989. The stitched on logo and a couple other things had broken over the years. I sent it to them a couple years ago. They stitched on a new label and replaced some of the plastic bits on the straps, all under warranty .

Now, it's good as new. Still use it regularly, and I've had it since 1986.
