Agreed. Underwater lights are for watching fish. Above water lights are for catching.
Fish are alot more spooky with the underwater lights and can be more maintenance with the bulbs and wires, although they do look cool.

Had two submerged green lights off the dock for crappie. Also put a halogen work light off of a dark area of the dock. I have caught way more fish at night off of the halogen work light than i have the green lights. Only problem is getting murdered by bugs.
