No it was not … honestly the nola no call saved drew from getting blamed for an atrocious throw. He also short armed a throw to Michael Thomas a few plays earlier that cost him. Brees is the best regular season qb of all time. But when it matters most he just didn’t have it. Thank God for an elite bounty gate defense to get him that Super Bowl.

The missed slant was inexplicable I’ll give you that but the 3rd down play was perfectly executed hence the intentional DPI.

This was the one play in his career he'd want back. Threw it to MT at his feet when he was in great position to seal the game with a 1st or probably TD.
