I tried to sabotage the trip. Unfortunately, I followed the wrong vehicle out of Bastrop. All I can say is, poor bastards. Oh, and to the Reed family, I apologize again.

How could it have gone bad? OK beat the living shite out of TT on national stage at night, GameDay, etc. I could feel the atmosphere through my TV. He got the real deal there on that weekend.

No he didn't. What he got was a once in every great while happening. Generally Zero U games are not like that at all. I've been here for 30 years and cannot remember an atmosphere surrounding a game like that. My Zero U friends tell me that the only thing that comes close to it is the Texas game and that's played in Dallas and the old Nebraska-Zero U rivalry from the Big 8 days.
The closest I can remember any game coming to that was when Bama came to town a few years ago and it was more like LSU-South Carolina or something like that. It's definitely NOT the norm!
