Got the 11th pick and after a barrage of qbs and Jefferson/chase going off the board I scooped up Bijan Robinson and then after 12/13 turn went wr/wr, I took ceedee lamb. QB value was terrible and got stubborn in not over drafting.

Here I am at pick 4.02 after taking Saquon in the 3rd and staring 20 more picks. Not playing superflex before has me thrown off. Slow draft shut down til the morning.

Which direction would you go?
QB? Best available Stroud, Daniel Jones, cousins, Goff
RB? Ettiene, Jacobs, pollard, Stevenson, Walker, Najee
WR? Diggs, kupp, metcalf, Adams, dj Moore, Watson, all rookies available except JSN

Appreciate the help in advance. Seeing some of these names available has just thrown me for a loop.

Scoring
4 pass tds
Full pt ppr

Lineup
QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 Superflex
1 Flex

In a dynasty start up you typically want players that provide the longest run out of top tier play. Lamb is a nice pick, personally would have liked to start wr/wr because they have longer ranges of productivity.

You absolutely want 2 QBs in a super flex, not having a second startablw QB really puts you behind the 8 ball from the start, the guys you’ve listed having to be your QB1 is pretty worrisome as none of those 4 have locked in multiple year starting guaranteed windows.

I absolutely would not draft another running back at this point

First, I'm surprised Bijan lasted that long in a dynasty draft, even with it being SF.

Second, without a top QB, I would build this team for future success without worrying too much about this season.

I actually think Daniel Jones is a pretty good QB in dynasty as he is just starting to hit his stride. I think he'll finish top 12 this year and go up from there.

Cousins could be a decent 1-2 year fill-in but he won't win the league for you this year and at 34 years old, he doesn't offer much future value.

Stroud has tons of potential and has the draft capital to guarantee he gets a couple of years to see how it goes.

Goff is 28 but I think we know his ceiling at this point.

For the RB/WR you listed, talent + youth is the formula. It doesn't seem like it, but Kupp/Adams are 30 and Diggs is 29. Those are options for win now teams. If I'm you, I'm looking for RB under 24-25 and WR under 28.

ETA: Want to have some real fun? Suggest an options draft at the end of your regular draft where people can bid next year's draft picks on college players. In a league I recently heard about, they even bid picks 3-4 years away for incoming freshmen. If the option didn't hit, they still got a pick but it was a round or two later. High risk/reward play.

ETA: to answer your question, I would probably go Danny Dimes at 4.02 but I know many would suggest Stroud.

Kirk Cousins
Jared Goff

If you want to compete in 2023, you’ll have to overdraft, but they are solid QBs to have with your current roster construction
