re: Comminuted clavicle fx/surg recovery

I had a very similar break almost 2 years ago to the day from a car accident. I’m mid 20’s and was in incredibly good shape and had a plate and screws put in to repair my clavicle. The surgery was successful, but it took almost a year and a half before the inflammation went away and I could exercise again without pain. I would recommend doing the thrower’s 10 and going to physical therapy if needed. As frustrating as it is, the biggest thing with a broken collar bone is patience
