Yeah that’s the unfortunate part of their business model. The newer agents they push push push to sell more and help file less claims. The people who have been around 5+ years usually tell corporate to frick off because they are under contract to sell their services. The first 2 years as a new agent, they have you under a temporary contract before they will give you a “permanent” contract. You have to have certain metrics to get that permanent contract. And it causes situations like yours.

This isn’t the case anymore, change was made two years ago.
