For openers appraisers are hired by banks, has little to do with agents. Most of the time I don’t even see them.

Ever think having a good network of these others provide a value add to my clients? I can tell you of a very specific instance that a client of mine beat out 5 other offers on a home (we had the 2nd highest bid) because I was able to get an inspector I regularly work with to do an inspection after hrs the next day, while the rest of the bids had a 2 week inspection period attached.
