Is there a link for this? I'm a bit skeptical because Alex knows the NATO Article V provisions, certainly.

What I expect is for Russia to step up attacks on "decision centers" that might include where the Ukrainian cabinet and Zelensky are located, as well as places where NATO people are co-mingled with Ukrainians as a way to say, "we know where your people are."

I do not expect Russia to attack NATO bases.

I expect the US and NATO to find a way to make war. We can wargame this but it's so hard to predict...
