Honestly, I'd be ok with just stopping the bleeding at this point. It's a continuous flow of money that is only resulting in Ukraine's mismanagement of funds.
Not sure how much I buy into the whole "well what if Russia put missiles in Mexico pointing at us?" thing but I can see how Putin would be pissed. We need to stay tf out of there and save our money.
