They are finally admitting artificial sweeteners cause cancer. Most of us knew the shite was bad for us the entire time. But they greased the right palms for a few decades.

Our corrupt government needs to be deported to Mars.

Yeah.

Sucralose was actually discovered while trying to create a new insecticide.

Who could have foreseen negative health effects?

A couple,of good books I’ve read on this are FOOD POLITICS and SODA POLITICS,both by Marion Nestle(no connection to Nestle foods). She has Phd in molecular biology and is a nutritionist and public health advocate.
She details the revolving door between FDA and food industry executives.

It is very difficult to get honest information about healthy eating because of the astronomical amount of money the food industry spends corrupting scientists and nutritional advocates. For example the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics controls education and licensing of dietitians in the U S,they get the majority of their funding from the food industry.
Dietitians are considered to be experts on nutrition by the average American but they promote a lot of misinformation.AAND still advocates for seed oils.

Scientists are likewise corrupted.Anyone remember the study by LSU Pennington Research Center on sugar. They determined that sugar intake had nothing to do with obesity,it was all due to lack of exercise. The study was funded by Coca-Cola.
