I went down a rabbit hole last year researching this. I ultimately went with a Generac 32kw liquid cooled unit. It was installed and serviced by Optimize EGS, which is located here in BR. The unit is fantastic, appears to be well built, and Optimize was a pleasure to deal with. I probably could have saved a few bucks and gone with the 27kw liquid cooled, but at this point, I didn't want to be running around worrying about overloading the unit and I didn't want to deal with under-supplying my two AC units, multiple fridges, dryer, oven, etc. It's also quieter than air cooled units and performs better in our climate. I'm very happy.
Generac always has specials, so they included a 10 year warranty on the unit. There was also minimal wait time. It was installed within 45 days of signing the agreement.
