The commercial guys use bleach, but a stronger mix than the usual.
Pool supplies have "chlorinating liquid" that is a stronger mix (10-12%). That should probably be cut in half. Add a little soap as a sufactant to make it stay in place longer.

I know a guy that claims using chlorinating liquid is where it’s at. Haven’t tried myself, though.
I’m curious what’s the best to use on white tin, if anyone knows? Like a presoak prior to pressure washing. I picked the wrong time of the year to do my shop an could use some chemical help
