I think it’s time for new doctors. Even if you move out of town and get a specialist that will work with you. You have no responsibilities. Go find a place you want to live and find some work that you want to do. Something that gets you excited to get out of bed.

Doctors will not cure you. They treat your symptoms. Your health is a trillion-dollar business. As soon as people realize that, you will be better off. They are paid to keep you sick, it's their livelihood. Don't get me wrong they are probably great people and want to help, but the whole healthcare system for lack of a better term is COMPLETELY frickED.

Find a religion that makes sense to you and go to services regularly. Get involved with congregation leadership if you think you can help.
Start or change your exercise regimen. Follow it regularly.
Try new hobbies and expand any old ones. I love golf, gardening, music, reading, sports, comedy and fishing. Spending time NOT thinking about your issues is good for you and frees your mind to make new connections.
Join groups that have similar interests.
You will find a mate only by not looking. Believe me there are members of the opposite sex that will identify with you.
Medicine finds new methods of treatment every day! Stay positive. I know it’s hard but anything worthwhile is hard.

Never, never, never give in! This is your life, live it for your own edification.
