re: New Louisiana law will require kids under 16 get parent approval to access social media

My daughter had a hard time starting 7th grade because the rules were so strict. I had to explain to her that the strict rules were more for the kids that don’t know how to act than the kids that do.
Laws are the same way, but we have to be sure that the laws for the people that don’t know how to act don’t infringe on the rights of those of us that do.
