His aunt died of an aneurysm. They can be genetic. I’m sure the drugs didn’t help. But the fact that I’ve seen people on other forums automatically assume Steroids did him in, tells me there is a severe lack of knowledge surrounding them. Seems like they did a good job convincing the general public they are dangerous, when in fact adderall is more likely to cause an aneurysm than steroids, yet people have no problem popping stimulants like candy

It really depends on how they cycle. I agree, the stigma they have is unwarranted these days. There's a whole lot more known now than in the past couple decades. However, the user also takes on a responsibility to do them as safe as possible. There are still many people who just don't. A proper cycle under a doctor's care (at least regular bloodwork and physicals) goes a long way, particularly when you consider how their use can exacerbate underlying issues that may go untreated.
