Let's say you own that property and that is your fence. Mr. Fed strolls up there and starts cutting your fence to let trespassers onto your land.
Can't you have him prosecuted and are you within your rights to remove him from your property?

By me, yes. I’m not defending our govt, I’m saving the pride, the little that’s left. By all means sit inside or whatever would make you happy. But I’ll at least go out and watch the flag pass by me and I’ll enjoy a day with those who are important to me. I do appreciate that “freedom”.
