IT, data specifically. In the midst of a multimillion project where countless third party contractors have screwed it up, so now it's on us to fix it on time or people get rolled.

No I'm not making 300k half that plus bonus.

I'm logging 60+ a week, not counting weekends. I can't remember the last weekend I didn't work. I haven't had a lunch break in 2 years. I was promoted last year, but at 5% less than promised because HR axed it due to market conditions.

It's a great place I've cemented myself as tops in the data realm, every decision from planning to development requests my input. I work with robots that need constant black and white direction, and now it's impacted my benefits.
