Schnees beartooth uninsulated is what I have. Has served me very well both 1st and 2nd rifle.

We were in knee deep snow all of 2nd rifle last year and my feet stayed dry and warm.

Insulated boots are not what you want for dashing through the snow. By the time you make it 30 minutes from camp, you'll be down to your base layer shirt and regular pants sweating your arse off.

Same here. Only hunted whitetail in them once last season in cold (for Louisiana) weather and they were great. Making a September elk hunt so threw them on to put some miles to break them in last week. It's like they were broken in already. 5 miles, comfortable as hell. Will probably put another 25 miles in them before the hunt for good measure but so far very pleased.
