Not trying to be facetious but if the electricity is out after a storm how are you going to charge it,

Charge in a vehicle, off a generator, a solar panel type charger. Something I plan to build to supplement my generator is a small battery-type power supply that can be charged with a 120W solar panel. Run up to a 1000W for an our or two.
